Saudi local delivery, no customs on delivery
Orders are shipped from Saudi Arabia by the Saudi seller/fulfillment partner, so customers do not pay customs charges at the door.
Delivery timing
Riyadh delivery is usually 1-2 business days. Other Saudi regions are usually 2-5 business days, depending on address coverage and carrier capacity.
Shipping fees
Free Saudi delivery applies on orders over SAR 650. Orders below the threshold use the standard Saudi local delivery fee shown at checkout.
Returns
Eligible unused products can be returned according to the published refund policy. Beauty devices, skincare, and sealed consumables must be returned in their original condition unless the item is defective.
